What type of visa is your fiance using to enter the United States?

If she is not a Citizen of the USA she cannot file for a fiance visa, she will have to become a naturalized citizen which can take 5 years after becoming a legal permanent resident.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Did she come on a diversity visa? If yes, then she will need to wait until she is a USC(i.e. 5 yrs.) to apply for your K-1 visa. Otherwise, you can marry in Morocco and she can file for you as her husband. This will also take about 5 years. Hindsight is 20/20. It would have been best to marry her before she got her visa, then you could piggy-back on her visa as her spouse. :(
