List below all educational institutions attended:

Do I need to list all of her schools? Including grade school? Like 1st grade - 12 grade?

Also, when asking for current addresses, There is not enough room to type the answer, yet I could hand write in in the box provided. Would it be better to Type the answer on an attached paper?

Seems silly questions, but really could use some support with them

Yes, she needs to list the name of each school and years she attened them.

Yes, just clearly label each answer.

#33 I just list my university, cz I saw "degree or diploma" in the last column and "educational institutions".

#current add: yes, should be clear hand writting. Otherwise, you can type in a blank paper with small font then stick on the form, I think it looks better than hand writting.
