Dear All,

I have my AOS interview on 8th May, 2013 from K1. I have couple of questions to be asked:

1. There are some of the documents enlisted out there at the Interview letter. I have sent all of those things already to USCIS at the time of applying for AOS, do I need to take all those things again there at office at the instant of interview. I mean, I need to present originals for some of the documents, but do I need to take all of the copies of taxes and employment letter again, I am worried because while sending those tax papers, employment papers, I didn't make their extra copies. But would that pile of documents, which I sent at the time of applying to Chicago, be in front of IO at Interview ?

2. As we have to take photographs to present at the interview, so can I print those photographs on simple paper using color printer, as I just have to present those photographers only once ?

Spouse of the immigrant MUST ATTEND the AOS interview. If not then denial is eminent. There is no 'if' when it comes to going to the AOS interview. Both must show up.

I had this same worry when I was preparing for my interview. All the forms I filled in when I sent my original package got deleted on the computer so I had to try and fill them all out again.. And try and get a hold of everything else to! But my experience was good in the interview, yes the uscis officer had my whole folder in front of her ..and she looked at that she didn't even look at my second folder I brought ..with all y copies in.

Still try and get all the documents they ask for on the letter, just in case, but if there's some little things u don't have don't worry too much.. Get the originals for sure though! I made copies of all of them again and when I went to give them to her she said..don't worry I already have them from the original package.

And I ink its looks better to print photos, u could easily do it at Walgreens for cheap.. But tbh a photo is a photo so..

Good luck anyway! It's not as scary as u think... Then again everyone's experience is different
