RFE: "Commingling of finances" - Not enough bank statements?

Hey guys ,I got yesterday RFE,can anyone help me with that:

- evidence that you and your spouse have made estate,health and planning arrangements with each other:

- a will

- a trust or

- a durable power of attorney for health care or property or both

I don't have nothing of that with my wife,everything else they ask me I can proof.what should I do?and should I make any cover letter when I will send all they asked me? Thanks

I purchased a "make your own will" kit at OfficeMax (it was around $30). There are some that you can find online as well, just make sure it will work for your state. It came with a CD where I created wills for my husband and I and we each had witnessses complete their portion of it once they watched us sign it. It was very easy to use. We didn't have to get it notarized (check your state's guidelines..or I believe it tells you what you need to do for each state). I sent them in copies of both our wills. Remember that these wills are 'for real'. We kept it very simple this time, knowing that in the future when we have children or gain more assets, we will have to amend our wills. Hope that helps!
