Anyone have a copy of their AOS interview letter?

Hi VJers,

We are scheduled for our AOS interview on May 23rd. On the USCIS website it says that our letter detailing what to bring was mailed out on April 18th. We haven't rec'd it yet and so we called the customer service line and the representative said that she wouldn't be able to mail out another letter for 30 days.

If someone could scan their letter and email it to me that would be great. Or if you could just type out what it says to bring to the interview that would work also. Is the location of the interview the same respective location where my husband went for his biometrics? At this point we are just planning to go down there when it opens on the day of the interview because we don't know what time we are scheduled for.

Is this something that can be resolved by going down to the local office and doing an InfoPass appointment?

Thanks!

You need the letter to get in to the building and it can be at a different place than the biometrics. The letter will come.

ROC:

Of course, the USCIS hotline isn't the best resource for information, but give it 10-15 business days more before trying for an Infopass appointment. We were notified of the interview on the USCIS website in late March, but the actual letter didn't arrive until mid-April.

On location, it will be in the same building on NW Overton. My husband's interview is May 16. I'll post a review so you'll have an idea on what to expect!

There is a possibility that our new neighbors got it in their mailbox which is right next to ours and returned it to sender. We asked him about it a couple of days ago. What happens then? Frustrating!

Well, that's annoying. If there's a high probability that's what occurred, I'd opt to schedule an Infopass appointment as soon as you can. USCIS doesn't forward mail, so if they receive a "return to sender" letter back, that wouldn't be good.
