So that it reminds anyone who sees that to link their timeline. It is just s generic response that gives people all the info they need to know to make the system work :).

Mand, what did you do that it started to work for you, I have the same problem :(

06 December 2005 - entered US on tourist visa

08 February 2006 - got married

06 March 2006 - 15 March 2006 - medical exam done

15 March 2006 - I-485 package sent to Chicago Lockbox

21 March 2006 - USCIS received papers

24 March 2006 - notice date for I-130,I-485,I-765 (28 March 2006 - received NOA for I-130,I-485,I-765)

01 April 2006 - I-130, I-485, I-765 touched

06 April 2006 - Notice date for biometrics appointment (received on 13 April 2006)

29 April 2006 - Biometrics done

06 May 2006 - I-765, I-145 touched

08 May 2006 - I-765, I-130 touched

03 June 2006 - I-765 touched

06 June 2006 - Interview letter arrived

07 June 2006 - e-mail received: EAD approved !!!

09 June 2006 - EAD card received in mail

12 June 2006 - applied for SSN

26 June 2006 - SSN arrived

25 July 2006 - Interview

APPROVED!!!

31 July 2006 - Welcome Notice arrived

4 August 2006 - GREEN CARD ARRIVED !!!!

I am back!!!

30 April 2008 - sent out form I-751 to remove conditional residence

12 May 2008 - extention letter arrived

Mand, what did you do that it started to work for you, I have the same problem :(

When you're logging in, see if the "Remember Me" box has a check mark. If not, click on it and then try updating your timeline again.

This seemed to have helped me.

09/16/2005 Mailed I-130 (CSC)

09/21/2005 NOA 1

02/07/2006 NOA 2 (Day 143)

02/25/2006 Petitioner receives AOS Bill in U.S. (Day 161)

02/27/2006 AOS Bill (regular USPS) and DS-3032 (Canada Post regular) are mailed out

03/21/2006 Petitioner receives I-864 package (Day 185)

03/22/2006 Beneficiary receives IV Bill and sends payment - regular mail (Day 186)

03/24/2006 Petitioner sends back I-864 (Day 188)

04/13/2006 Beneficiary receives DS-230 (Day 208)

05/10/2006 Beneficiary sends back DS-230 and docs to NVC via Fedex (Day 235)

05/19/2006 NVC issues RFE on Question # 20 on the DS-230. (Day 244)

05/29/2006 Beneficiary receives RFE and sends it off (Day 254)

06/02/2006 NVC receives RFE (Day 258)

06/16/2006 Case Complete! (Day 272)

07/07/2006 Case forwarded to Consulate in Montreal (Day 293)

08/11/2006 INTERVIEW! VISA APPROVED!

08/14/2006 Picked up visa and crossed the border.

08/25/2006 SS card arrives in the mail

I have a question about the timelines although a bit more general, so I thought of posting it here instead of opening a new topic for it....sorry Mand, I`ll ask it to be removed if it`s a problem....

could there be put some sort of general insturctions on how to fill out your timeline?

I know this might sounds stupid, and maybe there is such a thing but I didn`t look because I didn`t have a need for it.....

but as our potential NOA2 date approaches I am relaying more and more on the timelines and the derived statistics, and finding really weird timelines like ones having the same NOA1 and NOA 2 date.....

which messes up the statistics :(

Very good idea. I will write some soon to explain what things mean. It will show for all new timeline users and be linked there for old ones as well to review :).
