Employment Auth file seperate to I485??

Hi Everyone,

I am filing AOS from a K1 and I am filing for my work authorization at the same time. I read something on here about making them two completely different files.

Do I need to separate the two applications or can I put them together?

Also, I know you need to submit a copy of your visa, i94 etc... I have included all of this for my AOS should I include additional copies for the work permit?

You'll have three packets if you choose to file the AOS, AP, and EAD applications at the same time. Although they're mailed together, treat them as individual packets as they will be separated at the lockbox. Thus, you'll have multiple copies of the marriage certificate, I-94, etc.

Yes, you should mail them all together along one one check for $1,070. We just used those big binder clips to separate the applications from one another with the check affixed to the I-485 cover letter.
