I guess this question has been asked and answered a million times, but I'm still so much in shock and awe about yesterday's NOA2 that I seem to forget everything I ever knew about the k-1 process.

OK, so which affidavit form do I need for the interview at my local embassy (Frankfurt, Germany)? I-134 or I-864?

We have a co-sponsor too, which form does he need?

My understanding so far: I need the I-134 filled out by my fiance for the interview and the I-864 for the AOS later in the States. But the co-sponsor... pfffhhh... I have no clue.

All info is really appreciated!

Irritated,

Sandra

I had the I-134 for Frankfurt and will use the I-864 for the AOS now, so I agree with you there.

Sorry I can't help you with the question about the co-sponsor, didn't have one.... :(

I'm sure someone else with have that answer for you, though :D

Good luck with the rest of the paperwork,

CW

Oh, and by the way: Congratulations to receiving the NOA 2 :D

blackbettie,

A 'co-sponsor' is nevertheless a sponsor. (A Household Member, however, is a bit different.)
