Can't get a passport to meet fiancee

Okay... if your fiance can get a tourist visa, you can meet in person and meet the requirement. If you can manage to finangle a thirty minute meeting in Mexico, you can meet in person and meet the requirement... you just have to prove that you have met and have photographic evidence that you were in the same room as each other at some point in the last two years. Everything else can be proved on paper (phone records, emails, cards, etc etc etc.)

But honestly, if you are on a disability pension which is being docked to pay back child support, there is NO WAY that you are going to be able to meet the financial requirements to get a K1 visa. You have to be able to support her until she gets her work permit and is allowed to work... if you don't have the money yourself you can get a co-sponsor, but it doesn't sound like there's anybody who's close enough to you to qualify (or they probably would have helped you out already and you wouldn't be in this mess...) Sending in any kind of application right now would just be throwing good money after bad.
