HELLO,, WELL , I FOUND OUT FRIDAY THE WORST NEWS OF MY LIFE,, ELENA WAS TO HAVE HER INTERVIEW IN MOSCOW ON DECEMBER 6TH, EVERYTHING WAS DONE,, FINALLY,, I FOUND OUT FRIDAY THAT SHE HAS BEEN CHEATING ON ME, AND THAT SHE GAVE ME "STD", I JUST GOT OF PHONE WITH HER,, AND SHE IS NOT SORRY AND SAID SHE IS GLAD FOR HER ACTIONS... AS IM WRITING THIS, I AM STILL IN TOTAL SHOCK,, MY QUESTION IS"WHAT WILL BE THE BEST WAY TO CANCEL EVERYTHING, VISA, INTERVIEW ETC...OUR GOVERMENT (USA) REALLY NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS WOMAN, IN CASE SHE DOES THIS AGAIN,, BRIAN

You need to call the consulate where the interview was supposed to be and cancel it now. Then call the NVC and USCIS to follow up on cancelling the rest without this personal story. Just tell them personal reason. Payato

18 Sep 06 - Received NOA2 in mail

11 Oct 06 - Case MNL783xxx received by Manila Embassy... guess NVC lied

26 Dec 06 - Received Packet 4

18-19 Jan 07 - Medical complete early, scheduled 8 Feb

19 Jan - CFO completed after SLE shots... have to go back for the stamp after visa approval

15 Feb 07 - Interview Approved

24 Feb 07 - Arrive at Honolulu POE

2 Apr 07 - Married, civil ceremony, mailed AOS

17 Apr 07 - Checks cashed for AOS & AP

22 Apr 07 - Filed Expedite for AP

8 May 07 - Biometrics Appt

8 May 07 - Filed complaint with local USCIS for no action on Expedite request

9 May 07 - AP Expedite approved via email

14 May 07 - received AP I-512L documents in the mail

25 Jun 07 - AOS Interview scheduled but cancelled due to deployment and family emergency

29 Nov 07 - Visited local USCIS to reschedule AOS interview

15 Jan 08 - Local USCIS finally forwards reschedule request after formal complaint

8 Feb 08 - Received new Interview date

28 Mar 08 - AOS Interview ..investigation reopened due to incorrect birthdate that was identified 05/07

16 Apr 08 - CRIS Notice of GC approval and welcome notice via email

25 Apr 08 - GC received finally!

15 Jan 10 - Mailed Lifting of Conditions Package

19 Jan 10 - Package received at VT USCIS

22 Jan 10 - Checked cashed by USCIS

12/21/2006--Cairo Embassy recieved packet 3.

2/21/2007---Packet 4 recieved.

3/12/2007---Interview (He Passed)!

3/12/2007---Administrative Processing begins.............God please help me get through this!

7/17/2007---Our 2 Year Anniversay!!!

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

6/03/2008--VISA IN HAND! Thank you god!

7/03/2008--Our Wedding Day!

We are sorry to know what has happened to you. In other way, you should be thankful to God also that you've known this before she got there. He revealed this to you before you marry her or worst you had kids already. That 1.5 years will serve as a lesson to you as far as seeing the world. Please try to look the possitive side of life and learned from it. sorry to hear the bad news friend.don't you wanna give her another chance? did you shout her or treat her badly over the phone? how sure you are that she was really cheating on you???!!! i'm just trying to be rational a bit but you know best of course.in case you have no intention to rethink your decision.i suggest you should send a written letter/email to the NVC and the Consulate where ur fiance was going to have the interview informing them of this change of plans/cancellation.

Contact the Emabassy to cancel the interview. Give them the reasons why you are asking for the cancellation.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

If she was not cheeting on him then how did she give him a STD???? unless she has had it for over 1.5 years...

Some STD's can be in your body and you dont know you have them!!

i was just trying to be rational.cheating mustn't be tolerated at all.if a partner is no longer interested in the relationship she/he must be honest and declare it instead of cheating and keeping an unwanted relationship.

If you can't change your mind, are you sure you still have one?
