Which USCIS Center?

Hello all,

My fiance will be filing our I-129F Petition soon, and I'm seeing several posts from people comparing different processing centers "California" vs. "Vermont". How do we know which processing center our I-129 should go to? On Visa Journey FAQs, it says it will depend on where you live, but at the USCIS website it says:

If you live in the US or abroad and are filing Form I-129F, then file your petition at:

USCIS

P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266

For Express mail and courier deliveries:

USCIS
Attn: I-129F
2501 South State Highway 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067

So does EVERYONE send the I-129F's to the TX address? Or do I need to look up where to send it somewhere else? My fiance lives in Atlanta, GA if that helps.

You file to the Texas Lockbox. They will take in the application, check it for completeness, deposit the check, create a folder then send it on to a service center. Georgia will go to Vermont (VSC). Your receipt will confirm where it was sent.

FYI. The Texas Lockbox is not the same as the Texas Service Center (which doesn't do fiancé petitions.)
