The USPS reported that they picked up mail from USCIS containing your new card on October 25, 2013. The USPS tracking number assigned is ....You can use this number at www.usps.com</a> to view updates to the delivery status of your mail. You should receive your new card within 7 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, please call our customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Yeah USPS pick up the card on 24th oct I was hoping to get it on Saturday but nope , no mail in my mail box yet .its weekend so kind of takes 4 days if I get it on the 28/oct

Your notice said the 25th. And USPS doesn't work on Sundays. So, that's one day from the 25th to 26th, then another day from the 26th to 28th. That's 2 days...
