Oct 03, 2011 - Finally got the damn GC, except they put issue date 2007, expiration 2009 instead of issue 2011 expiration 2013. Rather than reissue the damn thing, they sent an i-90 form to complete and request a new one! Why?

An update for my case: it has been approved! :D

Approval letter came in the mail yesterday, the date of decision is 9/24/13. They just updated my case status today as I was notified by text and email. I expect the card to arrive sometime this week and will update VJ as soon as I receive it :)

Best of luck to everyone who are still waiting for decision. Keep positive and check your mail everyday! :)

I received 3 alerts that my card was delivered today while at work. I told myself "men you need to go home and see your new card". When I got home, behold was the Green card in my mail box. Wow im green for 10 whole years. Want to thank every one of you. For those of you that have not received your approval letter yet, just hang on because your approval is on the way and your card wil certainly get to u soon. To Saylin, please accept my appreciation, you are one in a million. As always, you are the best among equal.

well I just received my transfer notice, it says my case transferred to Laguna Niguel California, not Federal Plaza like I thought. I don't get how is that my local office lol

but this may explains why CSC applications are slow, seems east coast offices are behind on their job (lol)

btw i noticed, not a single interview for any of the may filers right?

Oct 03, 2011 - Finally got the damn GC, except they put issue date 2007, expiration 2009 instead of issue 2011 expiration 2013. Rather than reissue the damn thing, they sent an i-90 form to complete and request a new one! Why?
