I think it is - a few June applications that were moved got approvals already.

USA

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

Hi I received. A letter in my mailbox too, my case was transfer to CSC, that my file was at the wrong office

Last night at 12am another email notice

The CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Received my card today! Huge thanks to all the wonderful folks in this website for all the great information in this long journey!!

Also I would like to add a couple of things...

- Prior to getting the card and after the approval, I got 2-3 texts/emails saying card production has been ordered

- I also got an email that said my card has been mailed 2 days prior to receiving the card...obviously it doesn't matter but I never got the "USPS tracking number" notification that several folks got here...It just goes to show how inconsistent USCIS's online notification system is!

I'll definitely be around this site every now and then to pay it forward :-)

Finally my online status changed to Card Production today. I was driving to work when the text and email alerts came into my phone. I was so excited when I opened up the email.

Entered usa with B2 VISA: 05.23.2010
met my wife: 06.02.2010
Got married : 10.28.2010
sent AOS: 03.11.2011
receieved by USCIS: 03.15.2011
NOA received : 03.26.2011
Case touched : 03.14.2011
Online update: inital review, the notice of action we sent to u was returend as undeliverable by us post authority. call uscis for rectification as this will affect the processing of your case.
called uscis: asking them to resend the notice of action and that i never change address.
Biomeric letter received: 05.02.2011 { for 05.17.2011}
walk in biomeric: 05.04.2011
another biometric letter received: 05.11.2011
went back for biometric centre: 05.12.2011 { was told that my last biometrics was good}
email and text massage recived: 05.14.2010{we have approved your EAC}
EAC received in the mail: 05.14.2011
applied for SSN. : 05.16.2011
Received SSN in mail: 05.21.2011
Tesxt massage: your case have been updated, status change to testing and interview. 07.26.2011
interview: 07/26/2011 APPROVED
update: Green card production 07/26/2011
08/03/2011: GREEN CARD ARRIVED.

HI everyone...just adding my info.

I'm one of the VSC "transfered" victims...got 3 notifications within a 6 hr period:

1st. from VSC to CSC

2nd. From CSC to "local" Office

3rd.. From local to "a" office....

At this point I really don't know what office will be processing my form, but as soon as I have more updates i'll be sure to come back here and post them.

Happy to have found this site as it is a truly helpful tool to have during this process.

On September 27, 2013, we transferred your CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED, to your local USCIS Office for further processing.

Although it's not an approval, at least there's some movement on your case. Wonder why you weren't with the batch 9/17 and 9/18 transfers though :P

wow what a transfer headache ... at least there's movement ? ! wow.gif do you have togo to an interview or did you file with a waiver maybe?

HI everyone...just adding my info.

I'm one of the VSC "transfered" victims...got 3 notifications within a 6 hr period:

1st. from VSC to CSC

2nd. From CSC to "local" Office

3rd.. From local to "a" office....

At this point I really don't know what office will be processing my form, but as soon as I have more updates i'll be sure to come back here and post them.
Happy to have found this site as it is a truly helpful tool to have during this process.
