Hmm, I dunno about moving people. Cause you originally filed with VSC. Plus, not everyone was moved to CSC, some were just to local offices. It's gonna get real confusing with two service centers and a bunch of local offices listed. Just my opinion though. But hey, if that's what everyone wants, I can do that. But I'll need to know where people were transferred to...

I agree, just note that case was transferred is better ...

Hi i just want to ask for any advice. So i was approved sept 13 but im getting tempted to call customer service and ask why my online status stays the same. Why tbis tigger them to send it to production? I have no idea when 'production of card' will happen or it really does take awhile for them to send it to production and mail out the card.ty

You can always call if you wish. For me though, it took nearly 2 weeks from approval date to my green card being ordered for production. As for the online status, keep in mind, it's not 100% reliable. My case status was in initial review up until my green card was ordered for production. There was no "approval" status.

I received my notice of trransfer today, dated 9/18. It seems as though I have been transfered to the California Service Centre as well. It said that my case was transfered because Vermont was the wrong service centre...but according to their website, Vermont is the service centre for North Carolina... Here's hoping that the process moves along a little faster now!

Mailed I751 to VSC - 05/28/13

Receipt Notice 05/30/13

ASC Appointment Notice 06/05/13

Biometrics 06/28/13

Online status states: On September 18, 2013, we transferred your CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

Transfer Notice (hard copy) dated 09/18/13 states: "... CR189 has been transfer to California Service Center, 2nd Flr. 24000 Avila Road, Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-0111" This office now has jurisdiction over the case.

Someone must have entered the wrong code headbonk.gifVSC is the right area for NC, but, VSC has transferred a lot of people to CSC and local offices due to backlogs.
