sorry im trying to understand this but is it good that june has the least number of open cases???

I would think so, it should be faster to process. But I see that many VSC June and May cases were transfered to a local USCIS office due to backlog. The processing time these months are actually very fast compared with last year.

On August 23, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Does it mean that we were approved?
I'm not sure because it never said we were approved like other people have posted - it just said what I've indicated above.

Hi everybody, today 08/26/2013 I received in the mail a letter from the USCIS saying that my application has been approved. Yay I'm so happy. Btw I did my fingerprints in June 12. Good luck to all of you guys!!!
