Just to let people know why others photocopy the entire package you send to USCIS; Our whole packet was returned to us on Monday 17th June, nearly 2 and a half weeks after submitting it, we went through our packet to ensure completeness and every box was filled in where necessary and copied it for our own records only to have it returned saying that page 2 of the I-751 was missing!!! WTH!!! We know it was in there because we checked and copied it all!

However, when it came back to us with a letter explaining why, we noticed it was in the order they wanted it, already hole punched and clipped together with a post it note stuck to it saying missing page 2 and some other writing such as admission date etc, etc.

It took us just 2 minutes to copy from our packet, page 2 of the I-751 and place it in the already clipped packet where it belongs.

I have placed a footnote to show this for others to see with date of return and have retained the original filing date! Not sure if you want to note this as an RFE? But its there for all to see our progress!

Sorry to hear about this. You're technically now a June filer, not a May one, so I suggest joining the June filer thread (or if it's not created yet, create one).

I really hope not! I am leaving tomorrow to drive home to visit my family for about a month, and with my luck that's when the second appointment would be!

I really hope not! I am leaving tomorrow to drive home to visit my family for about a month, and with my luck that's when the second appointment would be!

If you didn't have any problems at your biometrics, you should be fine. I sort of knew I'd probably be requested back as it took nearly 30 minutes to get my fingerprints done and the guy had to override a lot of them >_<

No NOA after a monthunsure.png

I started preparing myself for worst case scenario (lost or return) and getting all the paperwork ready again just in case.

My GC will expire in 40 days so I guess I can wait about two weeks and see how it goes:) I hope I will get NOA sometime before that like tomorrow!! haha

Do you guys have any thoughts or suggestions concerning my next step?

I called USCIS and they said my application is not in their system. Check is not cashed (once I said it was, but there was miscommunication with my lawyer and she was the one cashed my check. Oh and I hired her for paperwork preparation, I am responsible for this type of issue.)

06-22-2011: Online status "RFE under review"

07-06-2011: EAD approved *3months*

07-07-2011: Case transferred to CSC:)

07-15-2011: EAD card in hand yay!

08-18-2011: GC in hand!!!

07-08-2013: NOA hardcopy (dated 7/2/2013)

08-09-2013: Service Request created for no ASC biometrics appointment

08-12-2013: Received response to the Service Request (pretty much saying to wait for 30 days)

09-10-2013: Another Service Request created for no ASC biometrics appointment

09-12-2013: Received biometrics appointment letter

09-12-2013: Case transferred to CSC (while phone voice record says its transferred to St. Albans)

09-24-2013: ASC biometrics appointment

10-03-2013: Case transferred and now being processed at a USCIS office<p>

(Online case update; no detail of where exactly it is at....)

12-26-2013: Case approved by local field office (dated 12/18/2013)

02-18-2014: No greencard after 60 days... Created service request

02-24-2014: Card production ordered

I-90 Replacement of Greencard (for legal name change)

05-06-2016 Filed i-90 online. Receipt number assigned immediately.

05-27-2016 Received Notice of Action (dated 5/24)
