Online update: inital review, the notice of action we sent to u was returend as undeliverable by us post authority. call uscis for rectification as this will affect the processing of your case.
called uscis: asking them to resend the notice of action and that i never change address.

Entered my appointment date.

One small problem, the appointment is in Royal Palm in Florida and I am in Helena, MT for the next 5 months. So I am going to walk-in to the Helena office with my appointment letter and see if they would allow me to do my biometrics there instead.

Hopefully they will because I don't want to fly to Florida just for this. We are snowbirds and live in each place 6 months of the year. Anyone else heard of this being a problem??

*sigh* Just got a letter in the mail. It says my fingerprints couldn't be processed, so I have to go back and get them re-done. The appointment is scheduled for 6/13 at 9am. That's gonna be one early morning for me as it's an hour and a half drive... At least I'll be back from Canada though, so won't have any issues missing the appointment.

But, I do remember the guy saying when I got my biometrics done the first time that if the fingerprints are rejected, that I'd only have to get them done a second time, as they'll compare the second ones to the first. So, at least after this, I don't have to worry about getting them done a third time.

Can anyone else see their case status online? I've been trying every day since we got the NOA 1 but it's still giving me that the case cannot be found.

You don't use the receipt number from the NOA1; you need to use the one from the biometrics letter.

Hey everyone ... so glad I found this page smile.png ... So ...

I sent my ROC Package off to Vermont SC on 05/20/2013 via USPS Priority w/ delivery confirmation (expected delivery 05/22/13) ...

ACTUAL Delivery was 05/23/2013 at 2:16 PM ...

I attached a G-1145 to my package but so far No e-mail and No text to confirm the receipt unsure.png ... did anyone get an e-mail or text before they received the hard copy of NOA? As far as I know the check hasn't been cashed yet either sad.png ...

Another question ... how do I create a info track under my posts so I don't have to retype everything every time? lol

Oh please add me to your May filers list happy.png

Grats on sending it!

Sending a G-1145 with the ROC package was pointless. It's only good for applications being sent to lockboxes (like with I-130s). You won't be getting an email/text of them receiving the package.

If you go look at the April thread, you'll see there was an incredible slow-down of issuing the NOAs (as well as cashing checks). They're catching up to their regular time frames slowly. I would think you'll get your NOA this week or next. Keep an eye out ;)

To create a signature, go to your settings, and then 'signature'. Add what you like :)
