Hello all, so we got an RFE because my fiancé did not N/A in the boxes that says if he ever was convicted even though there wasn't any space.

Should I take this opportunity and send more proof together like tickets or photos? Because we filed 2 months after we met physically but we made during that time 4 trips.

If I was in your spot I would just send what they want. Then when you mail packet 3 to Frankfurt send in the other proof.. That's my opinion though.

No just send exactly what they are asking for. If they needed more proof they would ask for more proof.

ok I will do that. But I am confused now, they send us the section from I-129F with the conviction etc because my fiance forgot to check "NO" so now in front of the questions there are spaces and they ask if he has been convicted etc etc. Do we put "N/A" "NONE" or "NO" I am confused

I think my RFE is for the same question, section C question 2. I failed to check the "no" box. I don't see any place to fill in anything else. Question 1. has empty boxes for the question on serving overseas in the military, that box should be "N/A" if your fiance did not serve. I'm glad you got the hard copy of the RFE, hope mine arrives soon.

Damn, I looked at my photocopy of my I-129F application, sent April 2nd, and realized that I failed to mark "NO" on the same question. :(

I really wish there was some way I could update that without having to wait for an RFE.

I would try. There was a post a while back of someone saying they did call CSC and sent in more stuff. I can't find it right now. I would call CSC and at least ask them if you can (maybe ask a tier 2, if a tier 1 says no).

How did you find out what your RFE was about before your hard copy arrived?
