can my fiance in us apply for a social security number for me before i travel to us? ???

Read this link, it seems to apply to you http://www.ssa.gov/pubs/EN-05-10096.pdf This covers information for social security numbers for non citizens.

What it says here is that you can file yourself from your home country, but ONLY if you are applying for an immigrant visa. Since you are filing a K-1 NON-IMMIGRANT visa, you don't qualify for this. The other option is to apply for yourself when you get here. I recommend reading the link for yourself, it will help you understand a little better
