They told her she needs to bring it to the states. Any idea what that is for? I never heard of any copy of chest xray being required when comming here.

Also my fiance said they didn't get her any records of what shots were given to her at st lukes. How will she know what shots are required once she gets here and how does immigration know what shots she took in manila at st lukes when applying for the green card? Thank you.

hey...

yes, the x ray she needs to bring with her actually with her not in her suitcase, yes, it seems stupid but... if she doesn't bring it with her, most likely they will ask for it.... again, just like many other things it's a just do it and son't question it... and the shots she got, those shoul dbe in the envelope she got from her doctor that did teh medical, teh sealed envelope she has to take to the interview... again, my really not so nice doctor at home didn't give me a copy of that medical and of corse I had to take it all again for my aos even though they say it is not necessary if you took it for a k-1... oh well... again, inexplicable... in any case, hope this helps...

A lot of people have told me she should have recieved a document containing a list of what shots she got a st lukes and what she needs when she gets here from st lukes but my girl doesn't have anything like that availalbe.

When she goes to the clinic to get her shots, how will they know what she needs if she has no documents?

From what you said it seems she should hav ethat info inside the brown envolope so I assume that info gets sent directly to homeland security so they have that info when she applies for AOS?

Please help clairfy how we can know what shots are needed for AOS. Thanks.

sixstringjunkie,

The chest x-ray is needed only in the event that it shows a condition for which there may be followup later on, in which case it will provide the next physician with a baseline against which to compare the next chest x-ray. CPB and CIS officer's generally are not trained to read x-rays - if they are interested they will read the St. Lukes medical exam report.

St. Lukes should have given your fiancee a photocopy of the DS-3025 Vaccination Documentation Worksheet. If they did not, maybe she can go back and get a copy from them.
