Can I, the beneficiary sign all of the supplementary information (including that being included for the beneficiary's paperwork) myself since I am the one preparing the package? Or does the information pertaining to his forms need his signature as well?

Yes original signatures required by all

Are you preparing the I-129F package? If yes, remember that the USC petitioner should be the one who will be submitting the I-129F form. As the beneficiary, the only documents you will sign is your G325A and your letter of intent to marry.

He has to sign his G25A, a letter of intent to marry, and the I29F because he is petitioning you.

You will sign your own G25A and letter of intent.

Opps. Edit that. I am the USC petitioner. Not the beneficiary. I am not thinking clearly after sorting through all the paperwork. I have his original signature on his G325A and his letter of intent. I have signed the rest, including all supplementary additional paperwork for things that did not fit in the boxes. I assume I am allowed to sign that myself even if is about his form since I am the one submitting.

Which reminds me.. What kind of signature do we use? The whole name signature in script? Or our shorthand signature?

With Goverment documents, it is always advisable to use FULL proper name, which is what will appear on passports, birth certificates, etc.
