hello!! im filling out the 1-134 form for my dad who is gonna be a co-sponsor with me.

1) question number 2: my dad was in the military and stationed overseas many different times. Do i need to elaborate on that in a separate sheet?

2) im only using his income and not his combined income with my stepmother. So for question 7 do i just put his annual income? (he makes more than enough)

3) question 10: Does he answer this with my fiances information or just put N/A?

Thanks for anything help anyone can give!!!

:P

(also should these forms be notarized?)

1. No. He was in the military and on assignment, but he was basically a US reident all his life unless he immigrated from some other country to the US.

2. Yes, only his income. Provide some kind of proof of his separate income. A joint tax return with Mom doesn't show who made what.

3. They want to know if there are additional immigrants he has sponsored before your fiancé. It say write NONE, not N/A.

No notarization.
