Can someone that has gotten an emergency AP please help me if the can provide a templete or a senile letter of what should be on the letter?

If you need emergency AP - you should be booking an Infopass and going directly to the local office for a stamp in your passport so you can travel immediately.

You will need to bring proof of the emergency travel requirement.

Thank you for the reply, does the letter have to be anything specific from the doctor or just a stamped letter from the hospital where the emergency is

Maybe is too late for my answer but just in case... I needed an emergency AP a few months ago. You have to go to your local office, even if you can't make an infopass, just go there early in the morning and explain the situation. They let us in (in NYC office) after insisting that it was an emergency. I wrote about my experience on the forums, here is the link:

good luck

If you have an energency medical related reason have the doctor fax you a statement , preferably on official letterhead , that statement the situation and the urgency of the situation. Take that with you to the local office. Make the first available info pass and if that isn't soon enough take the proff of that appoinment and try to get in earlier.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
