Didn''t mention children in AOS docs

My husband who is a US citizen and I went for an interview for my green card. when I applied I answered that I had no children on the application which was an honest misunderstanding we thought they were referring to having children in our marriage. we answered no on the app. however I have 2 children from a previous relationship and my husband also has 2. so the officer asked me at the interview if I had kids and I said yes and he asked why we did not disclose that and I honestly stated we thought they were referring to children in our marriage. me and my husband got separated and interviewed separately with a video camera. my lawyer who was present stated that we answered the questions 95% the same. how ever at the of the interview the officer said they review the app and let us know. Now am worried. they asked so many question about my kids father and asked for his name. Am just wondering to expect next has any bogy gone through something like this

Well, worse case you can be jailed and deported...and the worst case has happened. There was a case in Saipan where a woman didn't disclose the fact that she had children from a prior relationship. When it was discovered, she was arrested and convicted of visa fraud.

u really cant say for now but since u are not trying to hide anything i think may be they might ask u for another interview or may be ask u to fill out another form, am sure they wont just ignore it like that. thank god u have a lawyer, they are the expert and they know better
