I was just wondering .Our petition is on its way to the embassy does my fiance have to wait for packet 3 to arrive to get his police certificate or can he go now? as it might take up to a week to get the certificate... Thank you...

I dont know how its in Tunisia, but in Poland we can get police certificate without documents from the embassy.

I think your fiance should check what it says on the website or just call and ask about that.

January 18, 2013 - I-129F receive by USCIS

January 21, 2013 - receive NOA1

January 25, 2013 - A# was changed

June 5, 2013 - our case was accepted NOA2 online
