Hi Everyone,

I just got to the US and am about to send off my AOS. I am sending off my DS3025 and I heard on here that I need a second dose of MMR or the box marked insufficient time interval checked.

I have neither but do have the box at the bottom that says applicant is eligible for blanket waiver as shots are not medically appropriate. The Dr in Sydney also assured me I was good to go.

Not sure whether to go to a CS and get that second shot or just send my DS3025 as is.

I was in exactly the same situation as you. I wasn't sure and there didn't seem to be a definitive answer anywhere. So I went ahead and got the second MMR while still in Australia, then got the I-693 vaccination part done when I got to the US. It only cost me $30 and gave me peace of mind. You could always try just submitted it the way it is, then if you get an RFE you can take care of it then. I haven't heard of anyone getting an RFE for that though.

Hey Lainie,

Yeah I think that is what my course of action will be. One of the other Vjers who is really knowledgeable on this stuff has really guided me through it so I think it should be OK. Just hope I dont end up with an RFE to do the whole medical again just because of an incomplete DS3025.

Thanks heaps for your response!
