Does anybody understand what this is asking for? Please help!!

We have reviewed the documents which you submitted in support of an application for an immigrant

visa. Please review the information listed under each applicant's name and provide any documents

which are indicated as missing or need additional information. You must submit the required

information. Failure to provide the requested information will delay your immigrant visa interview.

Please read the enclosed information to determine where to send all required copies of missing

documents. If you have any questions regarding this letter, please call the National Visa Center at (603)

334-0700 between the hours of 7:30am and midnight ET.

Please include a copy of this letter with your correspondence and write your case number clearly (exactly

as it appears below) on the upper right-hand comer of all documents.

From the date you mail or transmit the requested information, please allow 20 business days for NVC to

review this documentation/your mail. When we complete our review, the NVC will notify

you/petitioner/beneficiary/attomey with information regarding the next processing step.

letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar

PLEASE NOTE: No interview will be scheduled until ALL of the information requested has been

returned to the National Visa Center.

The National Visa Center is waiting for an Immigrant Visa Application to be submitted for this case.

The Principal Applicant and any other Applicants who will be accompanying him or her to the United

States must now download and complete an Immigrant Visa Application; please visit the following

website for instructions:

http://immigrantvisas.state.gov (click on the link for "submit Visa application and civil documents")

Please submit the Immigrant Visa Application formes) and required supporting documents for each

Applicant in one package to the National Visa Center; sending this information separately will delay

your VIsa.

Sammy it seems they are telling you that Part 1 of the DS-230 is missing. Please call them and get it rectify right away.

Are you sure that Part 1 of the DS-230 was mailed?

Did you track your package and ensure it was delivered?

You should call...call right way they are open until 11pm Jamaica time or 12pm midnite eastern time.

Are you sure that Part 1 of the DS-230 was mailed?

Yes we did mail both parts Judy and no we did not track the package... I am not able to call them from Jamaica.. :(

Yes, you can! phone #603 334 0700. Select one for english. Have u and ur husband name and date of birth and the case number.Do you have international plan on your phone? You may have to hold for a while before a rep picks up.

I normally call 6am Ja time which is 7am there time that is there opening time a rep alway pick up immediately or closer to closing time.

OMG!! Thanks so much Judy!. I tried and it worked! What # was I calling before?? I do not have an international plan now but am gonna get one so I can follow up on the process.. Thanks again Judy!

hi sammy sammy no worries about that,darnell is totally ryt its a false check list n your aos was added we got the very exact same one n so did a few other people lately theres no worries about it sammy. i called myself three differant times so i could get three differant operators and called at three differant times got the same exact ansewer from all three,they said to just ignore it cause it was sent out a few days after our iv bill was paid,we had already sent the ds-230's ryt after the iv bill showed as paid thats why :) same thing happend with the ds-3032's for choice of agent.they had already emailed us to send in those to ,so i sent them in and when they sent us the invoice n cover letter for the aos payment there they were again along with the invoice to send it again,same thing with that also! its always good to double n triple check things anyways,but theres no worries!and pretty soon will both be responding to darnells message whatcha cooking as our familys come finally lol! godbless sammy
