Hi..Guys. just to ask u all very short, I am a Permanent Resident and recent Immigrated to US. I would like to go back to my Home Counter which is India after few months and then marry and then return back to file, i have following questions:

1. Will there be any prblm if i go back to Home Country after some months and then marry and then again come back and file since i came here on FB2 Visa?

2. Since, both my parents live here in US, they wont be able to come to Home country due to their jobs, will parents not attending wedding create any prblm for spouse during Interview?

3. Apart from I-130 form & G325A form, what proof of bonafide relationship should i include coz after i go then i will marry, so i wont have any skype chats, call logs or anythg else. What should i include???

4. Can i simply Register marriage and not conduct any Grand wedding and return back to file?? Or is a grand wedding required as this is India Specific??? or can we simply do a small ceremony type with close relatives and priest?/??

5. Since my parents r in US so i cant hav affidavits from them to include in I-130 package, my UNcle and elder sister will act as my guardian, so can i Have affidavits form them. And from spouse's side should i hav affidavits from her parents also???

Please guide me as this is my situation and since this is India specific, pls suggest me for the documents to be included in I-130 package.

Thanking you all for ur time

No Problem, you need to come back in 6 months, you are on green card, your wife visa is going to take 3-5 years, average is around 4 years

2. Since, both my parents live here in US, they wont be able to come to Home country due to their jobs, will parents not attending wedding create any prblm for spouse during Interview?

It can or can not, I can not tell but it can be seen as no approval from your parents

3. Apart from I-130 form & G325A form, what proof of bonafide relationship should i include coz after i go then i will marry, so i wont have any skype chats, call logs or anythg else. What should i include???

See guide - http://www.visajourney.com/content/guides for any additional guidance

You are going to have lot of evidence for on-going relationship, see answer to Q1

4. Can i simply Register marriage and not conduct any Grand wedding and return back to file?? Or is a grand wedding required as this is India Specific??? or can we simply do a small ceremony type with close relatives and priest?/??

you can do that, but need think more on it

5. Since my parents r in US so i cant hav affidavits from them to include in I-130 package, my UNcle and elder sister will act as my guardian, so can i Have affidavits form them. And from spouse's side should i hav affidavits from her parents also???

Your parents can also write why they can not attend the weddings in the same affidavits... On the safe side, have atleast one of them to attend wedding

Please guide me as this is my situation and since this is India specific, pls suggest me for the documents to be included in I-130 package.

Thanking you all for ur time

Thankyou Deep.....i appreciate ur valuable advise. As far a my parents approval is concerned there wont be any problem in getting their approval. And they wont be able to come India for wedding,we tried but its hard to get leave from job as jobs are a major concern here in US. When i file petition, what documents should i include in I-130 package???? Can u pls help me arrange checklist. Here is the following list that i think i can have:

1. I-130 Form

2. G325a form for myself. But which date should i pun in this form when i file, the day i file or when i am in India/?

3. G325a form for beneficiary, same question, which date to put here, should it be the last day that we both r together i.e. the day that i return back to US???

4. 1 Photo of Myself and Beneficiary (US Type)

5. Mrg Certificate

6. I hav Health Insurance policy and Personal accident policy in India since yrs, can i include spouse's name and show that as a bonafide relation.

7. I have Bank accounts in India, can i include spouse name and get letter from bank as an evidence???

8. should i open a new LIC or a Fixed Deposit in both our names that can act as an evidence of bonafide relationship??

9. Include spouse name in my passport and show that as a proof??

10. How many affidavits are actually needed form relatives, in my case whose affidavits u think will be fine???

11. I dont have any lease or property here in US, only thg i have is a Bank account which i recently opened, so i dont have any thing that i can add spouse's name in that. All the policies i have r in INdia.

11. should i include pics when filing or they r needed at Interview stage?? If needed how many and how to arrange?? should we write anythg on pics??

Apart from these docs, if u think i must submit more evidences can u pls suggest me any??? I am from Gujarat.

Ur advise will be a grt help to me in arranging docs and getting an easy approval.

Thanks,

Hirna
