Identical Photographs?

Hi all,

Our interview at the Vancouver consulate is in just over a week and I have a question about the documentation. The checklist given to us by the consulate states that we need 5 "identical" headshot photographs, 3 for the medical exam and 2 for the DS-156. We might not have 2 photos for the DS-156 that are exactly the same as the ones we used for the medical. I doubt that this would be a deciding factor at the interview, but my fiance is really worried about it. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks much.

They just want standard passport type photos. They can vary, but need to be of the same person of course. I think that the 2 for the medical don't need to be exactly taken at the same time as the ones for the DS-156, since they will be attached to different forms.

If you are unsure then get new ones taken.
