Well, the first step would be to research the universities near your wife, see which ones have good reputations and offer the courses you want to do. Then contact their International Student Officers and check with them about fees and getting approved to study there, so they can send you the paperwork needed to get a student visa.

Wait what???

Why would you want a divorce? Is the reason you are looking for all these ways to enter the US that your wife is wanting a divorce/ will not petition you for a spousal visa?

If I can't get to USA I have to divorce.. one day from her....If it doesn't work any more like this on long distance...I can have my wife forever if I can see her and touch her..etc.

The reason why I want to enter in USA is to keep on going with my marriage...but what if they don't approve my entering visa in USCIS?How long is procedure for approving?

The OP doesn't seem to have a marriage - they haven't seen eachother in 8 years and he said they don't even talk. So all the advice to get a spousal visa seems odd, and it would be denied for lack of a bona fide marriage. He doesn't want it anyway, he wants a tourist visa, so he doesn't want to actually stay. Divorce seems like the best step. And yes, you can divorce while being in different countries, though I don't know the specifics. Good luck.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Talk to a Divorce Lawyer in your country.

I only suggested the spousal visa route because it was the best option to be reunited with your wife. Not saying it is a good option because it doesn't even sound like a bonafide marriage, and this too could probably be denied. How can you be married to someone for 8 years and not even see each other? It doesn't even sound like your wife wants to try, I mean its easier for her to come visit you, or you both could spend time together in a third country. You say your wife doesn't like to travel...so is her disinterest in traveling more important than being with her HUSBAND?? Also you mentioned she doesn't have the money to travel, yet you have the money to come here to the US to study in a University. Why can't you send her the money so that she can come to you, or so that you both can spend time together? Marriage works both ways, and you BOTH have to work at it, and help and support each other. It sounds a lot like your wife doesn't care anymore. I mean really, if you truly loved someone you would do ANYTHING to be together. If you are looking into a divorce, then just have your wife send you the papers. And if your marriage isn't recognized in your country, then what is the point of a divorce?

She doesn't like to travel ....All argue we always have is that...When I came back home whole year with nice talk and bad was about coming in my country...Then we did't speak for some time...and last 2 years we started talking to each other more recently.I know all other thing , but she is that kind of person since beginning of time!Point of divorce is that I don't want to be bigamist....I can't leave like that anymore...It has to be done with living together or divorce...

If you want to divorce, you can do so, or she can. How exactly that is done will depend on your countries laws (or her state's, if she initiates). Usually it is quite easy if both parties agree and sign the papers.

There is no evidence that I am married in my country..

They don't know nothing about that...They can not help me..

All my papers are in US...

Time to get copies of the papers if you want to divorce.

Bring what proof you have- evidence of emails and online chats, phone bills, presents etc.

8 years without meeting is extremely unusual, you'll be needing a lot of proof.
