Thanks, that all we can do is hope.

That really is all we can do, sadly. Some people are fortunate to get their NOA2 within 7 days after their RFE reply and for others it could take up to 3-4 weeks. On Saturday (May 18) our VJ friends Navid+Tina received their NOA2 after they had gotten their RFE reply on April 27 (so 21 days total for them). The important thing, in the end, is that we actually get the NOA2 so that we can be reunited with our loved one in the very near future :)

Sincerely,
Ramsey

Well said. Hang in there, it'll all be worth it. When I would get frustrated waiting for my NOA2, I stopped to think about why I'm doing all of this and was bodly reminded that I would do it even if it took twice as long...not that I wish that upon anyone, but you get my point! This time apart has taught me a lot of patience and of course an increased appreciation for the times I was able to spend with my fiancee. Not to sound too mushy, but we do this for love, that's what gives us strength to persevere and endure the challenges and sleepless nights. This too shall soon pass and we will be reunited once again.. Aloha my friends.

When I got my notice, it was 9:00 PM California time. I actually checked status, and saw the Post Decision, then a few minutes later, I got a text, and then an email. Praying you folks get approval soon! Hang in there!

JD & Coconut, hope you get NOA2 soon , hang in there!

Ramsey: Anything yet? 15 days since they received my RFE replymad.gif nothing for me.

Nothing yet, my friend, and I understand your frustration, I am getting equally mad & sad about it... It's been 15 days and pretty soon it will be 3 weeks and we haven't received our NOA2 yet unsure.png what's even worse is that so many people around my WAC# have received their NOA2's already....I hope that means that we're getting much closer. I'm praying so hard that I receive it in the next few days. We have to keep the faith alive!

Sincerely,
Ramsey

Good luck to you too buddy! My case has been forwarded to the Tokyo Embassy yesterday but I keep dropping in to make sure my fellow April RFE friends get their NOA2 soon! Keep the faith!

Wow, that's amazing that they sent your paperwork to Tokyo within 9 days!! That's very reassuring, hopefully mine will be the same, I was honestly worried about how long it would take to get tot the NVC and then to Beirut, Lebanon. If that part goes fast and then my fiance does her interview within a month, then I would be very happy and in good shape for getting the visa some time in July :)

Sincerely,
Ramsey
