Hi. My husband said he had to get his brother to make an age declaration to get this birth certificate. so he has both. will the uscis need both? he was able to get a certified birth certificate but not one of age declaration.

To submit a birth certificate it has to be the long one and official. Not sure what the age declaration is or why you need his brother to make it? Please provide more info as to why you had to go through this process? Thanks.

I got a copy of it....it says Attestation of Birth. His brother had to go do a sworn statement of who he was and when he was born and to whom. The attestation has the year he was born and where and to what family.
