Hi.. i just got new update on my case ..

Request for Evidence

On April 25, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

I received a RFE on April 23rd called and was told I had to wait for the hardcopy to come in the mail. For myself I am sure it is because I did not provide enough supporting documents such as photos and chat logs but I won't know for sure until my mail arrives

Suggestions about what? Now all you have to do is wait for the letter explaining what they want from you

Hi there close to your noa2 but first u should wait for the hard copy of RFE and then we can sugges't you. They might ask u for something u forgot to submit with ur I129f application. Just be patient and u will find out what they

Are asking for once u get hard copy of ur RFE( request for further evidence) good luck

When i applied i did not include any chat logs and the person whos working on my case he told me we will submit when they ask so i called him and he said we should get an approval after we get the letter in the mail and mail it back with the requested evidences..i hope it won't take for ever ..but at least my case is moving..

Hi Laila.. thanks for the reply.. yea i asked the person who helped me file and he said to wait for the letter and we will send them the requested evidences and then you will get approval shortly after.. i hope so good luck to you too..
