We got a message from the bank that the cheque has been cashed but we haven't received text or email notification. We did file the form required for the e-notifications, though. Is it ok?

Sometimes people NEVER get the notification even tho they included the forms.

When you get your NOA1 - take this to your computer and make an account on the USCIS website. Log in and put your case number into your portfolio, select to have email and text msging for your case via the options and you will then start getting email / text for your case updates.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

It could just be that the person with your information to enter into the computer was out of work that day or maybe they lost or mistyped your email information so you didn't receive it. Hard to know for sure, but if they cashed the check, they accepted your application, and you should have an NOA1 within 2 weeks. If it goes more than 2 weeks after your check was cashed and you still have no hard copy of your action notice, then you might consider making a phone call, but I'm pretty sure you'll be just fine.

I made a search on this forum, too, and saw a couple posts (relatively recent and older ones) with people having the same confusion :wacko: Looks like it happens sometimes.

I have the same problem. We sent our package on the 16th, the check was cashed on the 19th and it is 25 and we haven't receive anything.

What did you find in other posts? Cause i don't know if there is something wrong or if it's normal or what to do.

Hmm looks like it is a normal thing this month :unsure:

People recommend waiting for the hard copy (which may take up to 10 days). They got their NOA1 in the mail in the end.

I will let you know if we have any update. Please, let us know to if u get any news. Let's wait together.
