Hi everyone!

I post some concerns about my I130 for Parents and thank u guys for the response it gives me ideas..

But still have this feeling of frustration coz im clueless whats going on to my case.

I was approved last march 11,2013 its been 30days and 2 weeks also been calling both USCIS and NVC both parties

Says wait wait and wait i already did all i can i guess. I scan emailed it to NVC calling 4times a week and really dont

Know what to do and the yesterday i called aain USCIS same thing before wait 30 days now advice me to wait

90 days again really upseting but wat can i do nothing but no wait.

I read some forum like my case some says call your representative,congress or

Senator i have no idea about this. Does anybody knows about calling them? Or have anybody

Tried calling them?

Sorry to hear that. I am sure someone here can answer your questions. My petition approved on March 1, 2013 and as to this moment I am done seding all my documents I am waiting for my case to be completed. I hope your case will get on track soon.

Did you receive the NOA2? Or you just found out through USCIS Case online Status that you were approved? Either way, you can send your inquiry to the NVC (NVCresearch@state.gov). Do not forget to put your USCIS receipt number on the subject line.

- 03/21/12: I-130 Sent via FedExpress
- 03/30/12: NOA1 Recv'd via mail
- 11/21/12: APPROVED (NOA2 mailed)
- 11/27/12: NOA2 Recv'd.

NVC (Mother)
- 11/27/12: NVC Recv'd file
- 11/29/12: NVC Case no. & IIN assigned.
- 11/30/12: AOS Bill PAID/DS 3032 emailed
- 12/04/12: AOS Package sent
- 12/07/12: DS-3032 Accepted, IV Bill PAID
- 12/11/12: IV Bill online status: "PAID".
- 12/15/12: IV Package sent.
- 12/17/12: IV Package delivered.
- 02/19/13: Missing civil documents sent
- 02/28/13: Case Complete
- 03/05/13: Per Email, Int.Date 04/10/13

U.S. EMBASSY (Mother)

- 04/02/13: Medical done & PASSED 4/8/13

- 04/10/13: Interview (AP - 221g blue: Missing docs & Medical Report

- 05/09/13: VISA ISSUED
- 06/26/13: POE - JFK NYC

USCIS: I-130 Petition (Father)
- 10/10/12: I-130 Sent-USPS Express
- 10/11/12: I-130 Delivered
- 10/16/12: Rec'd email (NOA1 mailed & File routed to NBC)
- 12/12/12: Per ISO, File routed to the Local Office (Nov 28)

- 02/07/13: RFE Letter was mailed to me this date, requesting proof of father/son relationship. (Unfortunately, I DID NOT RECEIVE A RFE LETTER)

- 03/28/13: Received NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny)

- 04/02/13: Made appointment to speak with the IO at my local office.
- 04/03/13: APPROVED (NOA2 mailed)

NVC (Father)
- 04/12/13: NVC recvd file
- 04/22/13: NVC Case no.& IIN Assigned

- 04/26/13: AOS Bill Invoced & Paid /AOS Package Sent / DS-3032 Email-Format sent

- 05/08/13: DS-3032 Accepted & IV fee Billed & Invoice Paid.

- 06/27/13: IV package sent

- 07/23/13: Case complete

- 09/09/13: Interview Date

- 11/08/13: Visa Issued

NOA2 is that the I-797 which is notice of approval yes i do receive last march 11,2013

My priority date is october 23,2012 i see ur date of filling looks like it took a year i saw some

Here in vj took only 9months some less now im thinking that not all same length of processing

I just hope mine it will not be that long hehehe....

April 19, 2013 - submit the form I-130

April 22, 2013 - Receive the NOA1

July 29, 2013 - Approved NOA2 ( 82 working days)

July 30, 2013 - USCIS shipped my documents to NVC

Aug 5, 2013 - Arrived at NVC Building

Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE

Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE

Aug 15, 2013 - Send my DS-3032 via Email

Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay

Aug 17, 2013 - Got an email to print the COVER SHEET

Aug 21, 2013 - send the AOS overnight at NVC

Aug 28, 2013 - Accept the DS-3032

Aug 30, 2013 - IV BILL pay and Documents Sent to NVC receive the checklist AOS.

September 19, 2013 Sent back the checklist

September 20, 2013 Sept 26, arrived @ NVC

Sept 30,2013 - already encode to their system

ADVANCE MEDICAL @ St. Luke - SEPTEMBER 23, 2013

CASE COMPLETE AS OF TODAY : OCTOBER 23,2013

NOVEMBER 1 , 2013 -Documents left at NVC - Your case is in transit to the Consular Section. Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center

NOVEMBER 4, 2013 Delivered - Signed for by : CEZAR NARTEA

NOVEMBER 5, 2013 - CEAC Case Creation Date: 13-Aug-2013 Status Updated Date: 05-Nov-2013 Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section. If you have already scheduled an appointment for an interview, please prepare your documents as directed in your appointment letter and appear at the consulate on the appointed date and time.
