Am new to the site and I love for someone to guide me along the whole Vawa process. On August 2012 I filed my I 360. On 2 weeks later I receive my 180 days prima facie letter. It was expired in feb 2013. I have just receive my extension again until August 2013. How long it is going to take them to send me the approval notice. Can anyone tell if I need to file AOS And EAD. Thank you

Join the thread Vawa part 3 here in the visa journey. There are thousands of victims of domestic violence there. You just have to file I-485 if you need to work because in order to work you have to file I-765 along with form I-485 .Keep in mind if you have a pending AOS and they deny your I-360 they will start with removal proceedings but if you don't have AOS pending and your vawa is denied they are not lately removing vawa filers from USA .
