Me and my husband divorced last year. We were married for almost 3 years. I filed a I751 waiver due to divorce. I am waiting to get my interview date.

Should I take my lawyer with me to the interview?

My ex-husband is a good man but his half-brother always gets him in some legal problems. I couldn't take the jail and court house visits anymore so I left with our 2 year old daughter. We are still in speaking terms even though he is in prison now. He wants us to get back together and still supports me. He even said he will accompany me to the interview. I rolled my eyes because he was in jail when I got my 2 year GC and they grilled me like you would not believe. I met the meanest lady, she kept asking if me and my husband have s*x. I could not believe it.

So this time around, I prefer not to be abused my the interviewer and is thinking of bringing my attorney along.

Any insights?

See Herp Derp's approval and activity. You don't need an attorney.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
