After going through a damn long wait and continuous monitoring CSC processing progress via Igor's list on VJ, I finally received the approval via USCIS website today  . Around my receipt number, there are 3 RFEs (47, 51, 52) and 3 approvals (48,49,50).

I want to say thanks to my congresswoman Judy Chu. I contacted her one month ago and her staff (a case worker) finally contacted me yesterday and agreed to inquire USCIS on my behalf. I believe he called them today in the morning and at exactly 5:28 PM today or so, I received the NOA2.

I have already prepared I-134 form, 3 years of tax, all on-going evidence (500 pages+ of Viber txting, 9 months of continuous daily emails, hundreds of hours of skype phone call records, 2000+ pictures...).

Can someone still list out all the necessary steps after NOA2? Be specific as possible. I really appreciate your information.
