just got my case number today from the phone. the lady said there goinh to email me the barcoded sheet and instruction on what to do next.are they referring to the invoice ID? when can i email the ds 3032?

Call back and ask tomorrow. The Invoice ID should be ready then. As soon as you have it, you can e-mail the DS-3032. They will take about 10 business days or so to process the DS-3032.

There are forms, but you don't need them. The beneficiary needs to send the DS-3032 email template ASAP. Not until it's accepted will there be a IV invoice.

You can also check online and try to pay the AOS fees. As soon as those are paid, print out the barcoded cover sheet for those and send away the AOS package.

Then do the same with the IV package.

Yes they can be sent separately. It takes longer for the IV invoice to show up because of the DS-3032
