2004- Met online. Started a great friendship
2009- Decided our friendship had turned into something major
2009- First Official Visit and when we officially started dating
July 1st,2011- We got married!!!

September 14,2012- Sent In I-130
September 20,2012- First NOA
September 25,2012- I-130 transferred to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case.
May 18, 2013- NOA2

February 21,2014- Case Complete

MONTREAL EMBASSY

April 14,2014- Interview (Administrative Review for passport renewal)

June 17,2014- Visa Listed as Issued

June 20,2014- Visa In Hand

July 27,2014- Port Of Entry

05/10/2013 - NOA2 - Newark NJ

05/13/2013 - NVC Received.
05/30/2013 - Case & IIN # Received.
05/30/2013 - DS3032 & E-mail sent to remove Attorney and appoint petitioner as choice of Agent.
05/30/2013 - NVC accepted request and stated that further communication will now directed to petitioner.
06/04/2013 - AOS & IV bill e-mail received, generated and paid.
06/05/2013 - AOS & IV status paid.

2/5/2013 I-130 NOA1 with error on wife's name

2/5/2013 Unable to generate service request

3/13/2013 transferred to local office

4/19/2013 Case status available - APPROVED!

December 24, 2012 send to TSC receive on december 27,2012 last updated december 31,2012 receive noa1 january 2,2013 march 27 i receive RFE TERMINATION OF MARRIAGE. I made a mistake on application on april 3, 2013 i send explanation letter about my mistake..delivered on april 5,2013 with USPS april 24,2013 i just check today my status was approve and receive email and text..goodluck to all december filers...
