Hello.. members.. im on k1.. we filed oas last oct 2012.. got noa 1&2.ead approved and done biometrics..but after that i dont hear anything. Not even an interview date.does it mean i dont have to go to interview anymore? Pls share your experience s.thanks..

Doesn't necessarily...in my case I just got my AoS approved without interview (I received the mail on april 20) but Im a july filer. It took 9 month and 1 day to get my approval without interview. If I knew that my GC would take so long I would rather to have an interview. If your package remains at the NBC facility (at Summit Lee Missouri) and it takes between 6 to 8 month probably you are getting you GC without interview, but be ready to wait a couple of months

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
