Something doesn't make sense in this story - petitioner doesn't have to go to biometrics appointment - we she didn't go by herelf ?

If she got denied for not going to biometrics, then you just reapply. Really dumb to just not go... she could have phoned in for a reschedule at least.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

I THOUGHT THATS WHAT HER APPOINTMENT WAS FOR BUT I JUST FINISH READING HER PAPER WORK AND IT ONLY SAYS THAT SHE HAD TO GO TO A ASC APPOINTMENT... SHE DIDNT GO CAUSE SHE THOUGHT SHE HAD TO BE THERE WITH MY BROTHER.

Well, how about reading the notice prior to the appointment ? She needs to reapply together with a check for another $1k.
