So, should my husband write my permanent home phone number or my cell phone number wherever it asks for my phone number on the DS-230? I think he wrote down my home phone number for question #10 since it asks for permanent address and who lives there etc, but for question 39 should he write my cell phone number?

Thanks in advance.
