I came here in the united states by K1 visa. i got married with my fiance before the 90 day period. We have seperated 2 years ago and do not know where he is. he never applied for my adjustment of status. what should i do?

I suggest u go to an immigration lawyer, ask wat will be ur best option.. Goodluck

You have to adjust status with your spouse or go it alone with a VAWA claim. There is no other way you can become legal in the USA, without returning home. You haven't given much in the way of specifics, but I'm guessing its going to be very difficult to adjust status at this point after having waited so long, and you're most likely beyond on do it yourself advice you can get here. Returning home or good lawyers are in your future if you don't want to continue to be an illegal immigrant in the USA.

You are in the US illegally. It would be next to impossible to prove abuse (for a VAWA claim), let alone prove your relationship when you've been separated for 2 years. In fact, he may well have divorced you already.

You need to leave the US.
