It doesn't matter if your interview goes well. I got a very good contract job with CompuCom for 2 years . I Have BSc from pak And Msc from Uk. I have few cisco certifications. I did good in my interview and they didnt check anything except for references.

I don't think so they will doubt on your degree unless you don't know you stuff. The most important thing in getting a good level job is experience.

Some places will honor it, but there are also local colleges where you can do some paperwork and transfer your degrees. My husband has his Bachelor's, and Certificate, and Associates from Pakistan and he was able to get a job at Wells Fargo as a banker. It was a very good job.
