I'm trying to gather documents for my I-134. I'm a law student and will graduate this June. I'll start my new job (a temporary one year clerkship) at the beginning of August.

I'm planning on:

1) Attaching my offer letter with salary and start date,

2) Attaching my offer letter for a long-term job with an open start date (I will work there after my clerkship is over), and

3) Getting a relative to co-sponsor.

Will this be enough? I can also show bank deposits/W-2 information from my (temporary) summer job with the firm that offered me the long-term job, but I'm not sure how helpful that would be. Is this all complicated enough that I should also write a letter explaining the situation?

I am assuming this is all academic with a co-sponsor, but I'd rather not have any delays!
