After checking my status online at USCIS.gov--even more than usual--I checked upon returning home. . . put on the Knicks & Celtics game, and forgot to glance back at the USCIS page. . . Post decision activity! I've been since waiting for an email or text for more details. Could it mean my NOA2 or RFE or what? I'm freaking out! My jaw literally dropped, and I couldn't breathe or speak!

I think it means we're approved, right? I keep reading and rereading, but I'm just freaking out! I think it's the NOA2!

On April 23, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

We filed on Oct. 2nd. . . .I hope I'm reading this right, and I wish for the best for those still waiting.

It does say "approved", so I think congratulations are in order.

But then, below it, is says:

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Does this mean I still have to wait for the official notice to know for sure?

Thanks, everyone. Mahalo! However, I'm still on edge, because of the phrasing/wording and inclusion of the denial part. There was no highlighted part that said Referral for Evidence, so I'm hoping for the best! I'm slowly letting my guard down, and hoping and praying that we do have our NOA2! Woohoo!
