RFE after almost 1 year...

Ok Widsy97 you have both good and bad news. I will tell you cause I just had this exact experiance. Waitied 9 months nothing happend and received my RFE for the vaccination supplement. I bit the bullet paid $200 redid the entire medical exam. Sent it to the NBC.

Now the good news. They received my medical papers and the green card was approved in 4 DAYS.

Yes, I am redoing the entire medical, TB test etc.

I just scheduled an appointment with the doctor for tomorrow at 11am.

I'm going to bring all the copies of my immunization records, etc. Perhaps he will just be able to transcribe some of them for me. If not, I'll just have to pay the money!

Hope to send back the RFE by Friday.

My one concern would be the size of the envelope they sent me... it's tiny! There's no way my SEALED medical report (I-693) is gonna fit in that!

Got my medical results. All good.
Sending them to USCIS soon.

They are all sealed up,etc. And there is NO WAY they will fit in the envelope that USCIS sent me for the RFE return.

I can just use another envelope, ya? Just copy the address from the other one, right? No issues there?

no as long you included a copy of the RFE. send it overnight with signature waiver. goodluck!!!

I just sent it with UPS.

something about it being a PO box, they had to ship with USPS and it will take 2-3 business days!?

Anyway, it's gone... Now to wait some more!!

i send my rfe thru USPS...overnight. atfer 2 days my status online is under RFE response review =)

Surprised to find that my RFE was delived this morning at 10am (according to the USCIS website).

Hopefully they can open it up and have a look asap!!

My status has changed to "RFE Response Review" on the USCIS website.

Called the USCIS today. Spoke to a Tier 2 person. (I called just because I wanted to stress the situation I'm in-- Drivers licence about to expire, EAD/AP expiring next month)

The Tier 2 guy put in an Expedite Request for me.

Is that the same as a service request!?

He said I should hear something by the 15th of this month.

So, I got a reply from my service request (a couple of days after I filed one). The service request told me to reply to the RFE...

IVE ALREADY REPLIED!!! THE USCIS WEBSITE SAYS ITS IN REVIEW!! WHAT IS GOING ON!?
