I don't see it mentioned on the guides here. Is there anything else that is not mentioned on the guides that we need to know about?

did they not send you a mail? if not they will soon after schedulling you for an interview and you will understand what am saying

if you are here already then it means you already submited your police report

during your k1 process right??

now the question is while you are here with your k1 visa awaiting your AOS process to be completed if you have ever been broken a law and was charged for it with a fine or spent a few days or month in jail you have to bring all this records with you

I should clarify: I am the US citizen and do have some criminal convictions from when I was a juvenile. My wife, the intending immigrant has none. Being that I, the US citizen, have criminal convictions, am I required to submit court documents etc with the petition?

i'd say you bring it but dont give it if you are not asked about it

this is about your wife not you but it is better to be over prepared than to be less prepare

so what am saying is bring it to the interview but dont talk about it or let them know you have it except if the issue comes out because you know even without you bringing it it dont cost anything to run a background check on you

You do not send any police reports, no. If your wife had been arrested then she would submit the reports, but a general police report is not required for concurrent AOS.

The OP doesn't have a K-1 visa, and it not talking about an interview, just the initial paperwork.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

The citizen does not need to submit police reports, and the non-USC spouse only has to provide court documents if they were ever arrested. This is an OAS from non-family visa (ie: she entered the US on a tourist or student or work visa), correct?

I see Harpa beat me to it. Again.
